=== Step 1: Speak with Gate Guard Parilin ===

Speak with [[Gate Guard Parilin]] on the ground floor of the southwest tower in Castle Lightwolf.

[[Gate Guard Parilin]] sends you to speak with the [[Black Gate of Muan'Diel]].

=== Step 2: Use the Black Gate of Muan'Diel ===

Speak with the [[Black Gate of Muan'Diel]].

The gate teleports you to [[Mila's Reef]], placing you in the ocean near a set of dragon bones.

Climb up the nearest rib and speak with [[Old Man Antiok]].

=== Step 3: Defeat Marrow Maw ===

[[Old Man Antiok]] gives you three tasks.

For the first task, he sends you to defeat [[Marrow Maw]], a squid found below his location.

Defeat [[Marrow Maw]], loot the required item, and return to [[Old Man Antiok]].

For the third task, [[Old Man Antiok]] sends you to a lighthouse to the north.

Travel to the lighthouse and purchase the required coals for 2,900 Tunar.

A merchant is located at the lighthouse if you need to sell extra items to afford the coals.

Return to [[Old Man Antiok]] after purchasing the coals.

After completing the three tasks, [[Old Man Antiok]] sends you to defeat [[Akuion]].

[[Akuion]] is located in the same cultist barrow used during the level 43 [[Royce Sandstalker]] quest.

To find [[Akuion]], enter the cave. In the first room of the barrow, take the left hallway, then take the right hallway. [[Akuion]] is a triggered spawn in this area.

Defeat [[Akuion]], loot the required item, and return to [[Gate Guard Parilin]] in Castle Lightwolf.
