He sends you to defeat [[Phorriun]] near [[Bastable]].

Travel to [[Bastable]] and follow the river north.

On the west side of the river, look for a hill with a stone marker on it. Approaching the hill will trigger [[Phorriun]] to spawn.

Defeat [[Phorriun]], loot the required item, and return to [[Ambrose Castor]].
