== Walkthrough ==

=== Step 1: Speak with Dunn McCabe ===

Speak with [[Dunn McCabe]] in [[Highpass Hold]]. He can be found near a wall by the coachman.

Before leaving, bring 2,325 Tunar with you.

[[Dunn McCabe]] sends you to [[Duminven]] in [[Saerk Towers]].

=== Step 2: Travel to Saerk Towers ===

From the [[Freeport]] coach, travel west alongside the east-to-west mountain chain. When that mountain chain ends, continue west.

Soon, you will see another mountain chain running south to north. Follow this mountain chain north while staying along the mountainside.

Eventually, you will see a tower-fort on top of a tall mountain. This is [[Saerk Towers]].

=== Step 3: Speak with Duminven ===

Speak with [[Duminven]] in [[Saerk Towers]].

He asks for 2,325 Tunar and then sends you to the [[Tomb of Kings]] to defeat the [[Spectral Guardian]].

=== Step 4: Travel to Tomb of Kings ===

From [[Saerk Towers]], travel back along the south-to-north mountain chain.

When you reach a break in the mountains, enter the western valley passage and follow it all the way back to the entrance of the [[Tomb of Kings]].

=== Step 5: Defeat the Spectral Guardian ===

The [[Spectral Guardian]] is located on the safer side of the tomb, away from the Holciel knights and nobles.

Defeat the [[Spectral Guardian]] and loot the key from its corpse.

=== Step 6: Open the Chest ===

Use the key on the nearby chest.

Opening the chest causes a [[Lich Maiden]] to spawn immediately.

Defeat the [[Lich Maiden]] and loot the [[Faded Silk Gown]].

Return to [[Dunn McCabe]] in [[Highpass Hold]].

=== Step 7: Speak with Smithy Palin ===

After returning to [[Dunn McCabe]], he sends you to [[Smithy Palin]] for your XP reward.

Speak with [[Smithy Palin]] to continue.

=== Step 8: Speak with Tailor Portia ===

[[Smithy Palin]] sends you to [[Tailor Portia]] for your item reward.

Speak with [[Tailor Portia]] to complete the quest.
