Travel to [[Bastable Village]] and locate [[Dumak Olivarn]].

Defeat [[Dumak Olivarn]], loot the paper, and return to [[Fender Crow]].

The paper indicates that the stone [[Fender Crow]] seeks is in the [[Tomb of Kings]].

To reach the [[Tomb of Kings]], travel from [[Sarek's Tower]] back along the south-to-north mountain chain.

When you reach a break in the mountains, enter the western valley passage and follow it to the entrance of the [[Tomb of Kings]].
