== Walkthrough ==

=== Step 1: Speak with Professor Ceryk ===

Speak with [[Professor Ceryk]] in [[Mila's Reef]] to begin the quest.

[[Professor Ceryk]] sends you to [[Lavastorm Mountains]] to speak with [[Minastikie]].

=== Step 2: Speak with Minastikie ===

Travel to [[Lavastorm Mountains]] and speak with [[Minastikie]].

She asks you to repel the invading goblin forces near the gnome outpost.

Speaking with [[Minastikie]] triggers an encounter outside the gnome outpost in [[Lavastorm Mountains]].

=== Step 3: Defeat Warlord Broga ===

The encounter spawns several [[Fire Goblin Trooper]] mobs along with [[Warlord Broga]].

It is not necessary to defeat all of the goblin troops. [[Warlord Broga]] can be pulled from behind and defeated without aggroing the rest of the goblins.

Defeat [[Warlord Broga]], loot his plans, and return to [[Minastikie]].

After defeating [[Warlord Broga]], you should receive a quest completion and new quest pop-up.

=== Step 4: Speak with Mistress Sanchez ===

[[Minastikie]] sends you to the [[Plane of Sky]] to speak with [[Mistress Sanchez]].

Speak with [[Mistress Sanchez]]. She agrees to help, but first asks you to punish the dragon [[Siliskor]].

To lure [[Siliskor]], you must collect several items.

=== Step 5: Defeat King Bardag ===

Travel to [[The Warrens]] and defeat [[King Bardag]].

When you get close to [[King Bardag]], a different version of him spawns. This version sees through invisibility, cannot be rooted, and chain casts alongside his pet bear, [[Ripper]].

Bring a healer for this fight.

Defeat [[King Bardag]] and loot [[King Bardag's Wealth]].

=== Step 6: Defeat Messik and Ryzzich ===

Travel to the Kappa Citadel in [[Sylhilthis' Dwell]].

Bring a strong group and make sure the main tank has high Poison Resistance and Disease Resistance.

Defeat [[Messik]] and [[Ryzzich]].

The quest asks you to defeat both, but only one [[Sylhilthis' Bounty]] is required.

Loot [[Sylhilthis' Bounty]].

=== Step 7: Return to Mistress Sanchez ===

Return to [[Mistress Sanchez]] on the [[Plane of Sky]].

Give her [[King Bardag's Wealth]] and [[Sylhilthis' Bounty]].

She combines them into an [[Enchanted Treasure Chest]] and sends you to [[Elephant Graveyard]] to face [[Siliskor]].

=== Step 8: Defeat Siliskor ===

Travel to [[Elephant Graveyard]] (W), near the area where [[Siliskor]] normally spawns.

Walk into the middle of the field. When you reach [[Siliskor]]'s spawn point, the [[Enchanted Treasure Chest]] is placed and a level 60 version of [[Siliskor]] spawns a few feet in front of you.

Defeat [[Siliskor]] and return to [[Mistress Sanchez]].

=== Step 9: Begin the Lady Vox Task ===

Return to [[Mistress Sanchez]] on the [[Plane of Sky]].

She asks you to perform a similar task, this time involving [[Lady Vox]].

To lure [[Lady Vox]], you must collect ingredients for a special stew.

=== Step 10: Defeat the Great War Bear ===

Travel to [[South Toxxulia]] and defeat the [[Great War Bear]].

The [[Great War Bear]] can spawn in several parts of the zone, but often appears on top of a hill.

Bring a small group, defeat the [[Great War Bear]], and loot the [[Great War Bear Meat]].

=== Step 11: Defeat the Primal Eel ===

Travel off the coast of [[Zentar's Keep]] (SW) and search for the [[Primal Eel]].

The [[Primal Eel]] cons red to level 60 and has a strong Poison Resistance damage-over-time effect.

Defeat the [[Primal Eel]] and loot the [[Primal Eel Meat]].

=== Step 12: Return to Mistress Sanchez ===

Return to [[Mistress Sanchez]] with the [[Great War Bear Meat]] and [[Primal Eel Meat]].

She combines them into [[Primal Stew]].

=== Step 13: Defeat Enraged Lady Vox ===

Travel to [[Permafrost]] and use the [[Primal Stew]] to spawn [[Enraged Lady Vox]].

Defeat [[Enraged Lady Vox]], receive the quest update, and loot [[Lady Vox's Gluttony]].

Return to [[Mistress Sanchez]] on the [[Plane of Sky]].

=== Step 14: Travel Through the Rain Chain ===

After speaking with [[Mistress Sanchez]], she allows you to continue toward the location of the scepter at the end of the Rain Chain.

Bring a raid force.

You can either fight through the entire Rain Chain, or use a resurrection character on Rain 4 to recover the group and continue from there.

Proceed to Rain 5, [[Chimeron the Tyrant]]'s isle.

=== Step 15: Recover the Scepter Piece ===

On Rain 5, you will receive a pop-up similar to the level 55 Lavastorm quest.

The pop-up also spawns several [[Dark Ritualist]] mobs.

The scepter piece is received from the pop-up, so defeating the spawned enemies is not required for the item.

After receiving the piece, return to [[Mistress Sanchez]].

=== Step 16: Defeat the Avatar of Fear ===

[[Mistress Sanchez]] sends you to defeat the [[Avatar of Fear]].

Travel to [[Cazic Thule]], spawn and defeat the [[Avatar of Fear]].

When the [[Avatar of Fear]] dies, an [[Orb of Light]] appears over his body.

Speak with the [[Orb of Light]] to receive the fifth piece of the scepter.

=== Step 17: Return to Professor Ceryk ===

Travel to [[Mila's Reef]] to speak with [[Professor Ceryk]].

When you arrive, [[Professor Ceryk]] despawns and you receive a pop-up.

The pop-up sends you back to [[Lavastorm Mountains]] to speak with [[Minastikie]].

=== Step 18: Return to Minastikie ===

Speak with [[Minastikie]] in [[Lavastorm Mountains]].

She tells you that [[Professor Ceryk]] has been kidnapped and that the [[Dark Ritualist]] mobs want the scepter back.

She gives you a ransom note and sends you to [[Exploring Aid Mixxa]].

=== Step 19: Speak with Exploring Aid Mixxa ===

Travel to [[Klick'Anon]] and speak with [[Exploring Aid Mixxa]].

[[Exploring Aid Mixxa]] sends you to [[Aviak Village]] to search for clues.

=== Step 20: Find the Aviak Village Clue ===

Travel to [[Aviak Village]].

The clue pop-up is located at the southwest base of the large mountain in the central section of the zone.

Receive the pop-up, then return to [[Exploring Aid Mixxa]] in [[Klick'Anon]].

=== Step 21: Find the Jethro's Cast Clue ===

[[Exploring Aid Mixxa]] sends you to [[Jethro's Cast]] to search for another clue.

The pop-up is located on a small hill southeast of the Old Woman's house, north of the lake in the central section of the zone.

Receive the pop-up, then return to [[Exploring Aid Mixxa]].

=== Step 22: Find the Great Waste Clue ===

[[Exploring Aid Mixxa]] sends you to the [[Great Waste]] for the final clue.

Look for a hill with glowing rubble made up of small bricks, located just north of a large upside-down ribcage.

From the glowing stones, travel slightly west to a small flat hill with several cactus on top.

Receive the pop-up, then return to [[Exploring Aid Mixxa]] in [[Klick'Anon]].

=== Step 23: Rescue Professor Ceryk ===

[[Exploring Aid Mixxa]] determines that [[Professor Ceryk]] is being held in [[Green Rift]] (E).

Travel to [[Green Rift]] and locate the area just south of the [[Wailing Tree]].

Approaching the area triggers a pop-up and spawns eight level 60 [[Dark Ritualist]] mobs.

These enemies are stronger than their con suggests and have large aggro ranges.

If you bring someone with Spirit of Wolf, they can draw the [[Dark Ritualist]] mobs away from [[Professor Ceryk]], allowing you to speak with him.

If you choose to fight the [[Dark Ritualist]] mobs, all of them must be defeated within 5 minutes.

=== Step 24: Speak with Professor Ceryk ===

Once the [[Dark Ritualist]] mobs have been diverted or defeated, speak with [[Professor Ceryk]].

He tells you to meet him back in [[Mila's Reef]] so he can restore the scepter.

After the conversation, he despawns.

=== Step 25: Return to Professor Ceryk in Mila's Reef ===

Return to [[Professor Ceryk]] in [[Mila's Reef]].

Speak with him and allow him to put the scepter back together.

=== Step 26: Return to Minastikie ===

Return to [[Minastikie]] in [[Lavastorm Mountains]].

Speak with her to complete the quest and receive your reward.

== Notes ==

* [[Warlord Broga]] can be pulled without fighting all of the [[Fire Goblin Trooper]] mobs.
* [[King Bardag]] spawns a stronger quest version when approached.
* [[Messik]] and [[Ryzzich]] are both part of the quest, but only one [[Sylhilthis' Bounty]] is required.
* Do not bring other players who are on the [[Siliskor]] pop-up step, as players may steal each other's updates.
* [[Primal Eel]] has a strong poison damage-over-time effect.
* Rain 5 contains a scepter pop-up that spawns [[Dark Ritualist]] mobs.
* The [[Green Rift]] rescue encounter spawns eight level 60 [[Dark Ritualist]] mobs.
