Players must complete [[Lavastorm 57]] before beginning this quest.

== Walkthrough ==

=== Step 1: Speak with Professor Ceryk ===

Speak with [[Professor Ceryk]] in [[Mila's Reef]] (N) to begin the quest.

After speaking with him, a [[Dark Ritualist Enforcer]] spawns nearby.

The [[Dark Ritualist Enforcer]] cons red to level 60 and has a large amount of health. A full group is recommended.

Defeat the [[Dark Ritualist Enforcer]], loot the [[Enforcer's Note]], and return it to [[Professor Ceryk]].

=== Step 2: Speak with Minastikie ===

[[Professor Ceryk]] sends you to speak with [[Minastikie]] in the [[Lavastorm Mountains]].

Speak with [[Minastikie]]. She asks you to investigate strange monsters near [[Klick'Anon]].

=== Step 3: Defeat the Ancient Clockwork ===

Travel to [[Klick'Anon]].

The [[Ancient Clockwork]] can be found on a hill directly west or southwest of the [[Klick'Anon]] coach.

Defeat the [[Ancient Clockwork]], loot the [[Clockwork Essence]], and return to [[Minastikie]].

=== Step 4: Defeat the Four Elemental Targets ===

[[Minastikie]] sends you to defeat four powerful enemies and return with their items.

The required targets are:

* [[Leviathan]] in [[Wyndhaven]] (W), directly west of the coach.
* [[Icebone Lord]] in [[Zentar's Keep]] (E), southeast of the keep on the side of a hill.
* [[Wind of the Plains]] in [[Highbourne]] (NE), on top of a tall hill.
* [[Master Centaur]] in [[Fort Alliance]] (S).

The [[Wind of the Plains]] cons red and has a Djinn pet.

Defeat all four targets, loot their required items, and return to [[Minastikie]].

=== Step 5: Speak with Mistress Sanchez ===

After returning the items, [[Minastikie]] sends you to [[Plane of Sky]].

Speak with [[Mistress Sanchez]].

[[Mistress Sanchez]] sends you to the entrance of [[Solusek's Eye]].

=== Step 6: Investigate Solusek's Eye ===

Travel to the entrance of [[Solusek's Eye]].

From the dungeon entrance, walk directly east until you are near the lava. At this point, you will technically be in [[Lavastorm Mountains]] (W).

A pop-up will appear and instruct you to return to [[Mistress Sanchez]].

Return to [[Mistress Sanchez]] in [[Plane of Sky]].

=== Step 7: Speak with Madam Watrya ===

[[Mistress Sanchez]] sends you to speak with [[Madam Watrya]] on the second isle of the Sun Chain.

Speak with [[Madam Watrya]]. She asks you to gather three items.

=== Step 8: Defeat the Deranged Simian ===

Travel to [[Stonebrunt Mountains]] (SW).

The [[Deranged Simian]] usually spawns on a hill southwest of the Kejekan in the middle of the zone.

Defeat the [[Deranged Simian]] and loot the required item.

=== Step 9: Obtain the Eye of a Madman ===

Travel to [[Hagley]] (NW) and speak with [[Merchant Dwindel]].

Pay [[Merchant Dwindel]] 20,000 Tunar for information and to advance the quest.

This causes the [[Island Madman]] to spawn in [[Northern Ro]] (C), on a small island south of the lighthouse.

Travel to [[Northern Ro]], defeat the [[Island Madman]], and loot the [[Eye of a Madman]].

=== Step 10: Obtain the Pristine Drake Hide ===

Travel to the fourth isle of the Sun Chain.

Defeat a [[Pristine Drake]] and loot the [[Pristine Drake Hide]].

=== Step 11: Return to Madam Watrya ===

Return to [[Madam Watrya]] on the second isle of the Sun Chain with all three required items:

* The item from [[Deranged Simian]]
* [[Eye of a Madman]]
* [[Pristine Drake Hide]]

Speak with [[Madam Watrya]] to continue.

=== Step 12: Travel to Rain 5 ===

[[Madam Watrya]] sends you to the fifth isle of the Rain Chain to destroy the scepter.

Make your way to the end of the Rain Chain.

At the final area, you will receive a pop-up prompting you to throw the scepter into the lava.

Accept the prompt to destroy the scepter.

=== Step 13: Defeat Rag'Adah ===

Destroying the scepter spawns [[Rag'Adah]].

[[Rag'Adah]] is a dangerous encounter, and at least two strong groups are recommended.

Defeat [[Rag'Adah]] to complete this stage of the quest.

=== Step 14: Return to Minastikie ===

Return to [[Minastikie]] in [[Lavastorm Mountains]].

Speak with her to continue the quest.

She sends you back to [[Professor Ceryk]] in [[Mila's Reef]].

=== Step 15: Return to Professor Ceryk ===

Travel back to [[Mila's Reef]] and speak with [[Professor Ceryk]].

Speak with him to complete the quest and receive your reward.

* [[Lavastorm 57]] must be completed before this quest can be started.
* The [[Dark Ritualist Enforcer]] is red to level 60 and has a large amount of health.
