Sandstorm EQOA Rules<br>

1. Legalities<br>
All applicable laws must be followed when using Sandstorm EQOA. The user is responsible for all material they post. Sharing PS2 BIOS or ISO files is strictly prohibited and illegal.


2. Respect & Conduct<br>
