Yes. Keep the actual page using |base1=, |base2=, etc. Replace only Template:RareEncounterTable with this:
<div class="raid-list rare-encounter-list">
  <div class="zones-header zone-details-header raid-list__title">{{{title|Rare Encounters}}}</div>

    <div class="raid-list__col raid-checkboxify">{{{frontiers2|}}}</div>
    <div class="raid-list__col raid-checkboxify">{{{frontiers3|}}}</div>
  </div>

Do not change the actual Rare Encounters page unless you want to edit the NPC names/zones. The page code like this stays valid:
{{RareEncounterTable

|base2=
...
|base3=
...
|base4=
...
|frontiers1=
...
|frontiers2=
...
|frontiers3=
...
}}
If the layout does not become the same 3-column style, then the CSS is missing. Add this at the bottom of your CSS:
.raid-list__grid,
.raid-list__cols {
  display: grid;
  grid-template-columns: repeat(3, minmax(260px, 1fr));
  gap: 14px;
  align-items: start;
}
.raid-list__col {
  min-width: 0;
  border: 1px solid #805000;
  background: rgb(17, 16, 14);
}
.raid-list__group-title,
.raid-list__title {
  margin-top: 14px;
}
@media (max-width: 1000px) {
  .raid-list__grid,
  .raid-list__cols {
    grid-template-columns: repeat(2, minmax(220px, 1fr));
  }
}
@media (max-width: 700px) {

}

Yes. Replace the whole Template:RareEncounterTable with this:
<div class="raid-list rare-encounter-list">
<div class="raid-list rare-encounter-list">
   <div class="zones-header zone-details-header raid-list__title">{{{title|Rare Encounters}}}</div>
   <div class="zones-header zone-details-header raid-list__title">{{{title|Rare Encounters}}}</div>
Line 11: Line 125:
     <div class="raid-list__col raid-checkboxify">{{{norrath5|}}}</div>
     <div class="raid-list__col raid-checkboxify">{{{norrath5|}}}</div>
     <div class="raid-list__col raid-checkboxify">{{{norrath6|}}}</div>
     <div class="raid-list__col raid-checkboxify">{{{norrath6|}}}</div>
  </div>
</div>
Then update the page call from this:
{{RareEncounterTable
|base1=
...
|base2=
...
|base3=
...
|base4=
...
|frontiers1=
...
|frontiers2=
...
|frontiers3=
...
}}
to this:
{{RareEncounterTable
|norrath1=
...
|norrath2=
...
|norrath3=
...
|norrath4=
...
|norrath5=
...
|norrath6=

}}
So all old base and frontiers columns become one shared set:
base1      -> norrath1
base2      -> norrath2
base3      -> norrath3
base4      -> norrath4
frontiers1  -> norrath5
frontiers2  -> norrath6
frontiers3  -> move into norrath6 or add norrath7
If you need 7 columns worth of content, use this template version instead with norrath7 added:
<div class="raid-list rare-encounter-list">
  <div class="zones-header zone-details-header raid-list__title">{{{title|Rare Encounters}}}</div>
  <div class="zones-header zone-details-header raid-list__group-title">Norrath</div>

Done. I generated the updated Rare Encounter setup here:
Updated Rare Encounters page code (line 1)
Updated Template:RareEncounterTable code (line 1)
CSS for 3-column desktop / 1-column mobile (line 1)
Sort/balance summary (line 1)
What I changed:
Removed Base / Frontiers split.
Combined everything under Norrath.
Split into norrath1 through norrath6.
Zones are ABC order.
NPC names inside each zone are ABC order.
Groups are balanced by NPC count.
Desktop uses 3 columns per row.
Mobile uses 1 column per row.
Use it like this:
Replace the full Template:RareEncounterTable with the code in RareEncounterTable_template_norrath.txt.
Replace the full {{RareEncounterTable ... }} block on the Rare Encounters page with the code in RareEncounterTable_Norrath_sorted.txt.
Add the CSS from RareEncounterTable_norrath_css.txt to MediaWiki:Common.css once.

} 9:09 PM I want to remove Frontiers, I just want to make them all under one called Norrath 1, Norrath 2, Norrath3, etc 9:15 PM

Worked for 1m 48s Yes. Replace the whole Template:RareEncounterTable with this:

Rare Encounters
Norrath
and ends with:

Then update the page call from this:

Template loop detected: Template:RareEncounterTable to this:

Template loop detected: Template:RareEncounterTable So all old base and frontiers columns become one shared set:

base1 -> norrath1 base2 -> norrath2 base3 -> norrath3 base4 -> norrath4 frontiers1 -> norrath5 frontiers2 -> norrath6 frontiers3 -> move into norrath6 or add norrath7 If you need 7 columns worth of content, use this template version instead with norrath7 added:

Rare Encounters
Norrath
and ends with:

9:17 PM update this, so zones are in abc order and the npc names too per zone.

make sure each norrath1, norrath2 etc is evenly 9:18 PM

Worked for 3m 2s I can do that, but I need the current full Template:RareEncounterTable ... page code again because after the thread compacted I no longer have the actual zone/NPC list, only the template structure.

Paste the full block that starts with:

Template loop detected: Template:RareEncounterTable I’ll return the full updated version with:

zones sorted A-Z NPC names sorted A-Z inside each zone zones split evenly across |norrath1=, |norrath2=, |norrath3=, etc. same spacing format preserved so it’s clean in edit source. 9:21 PM

Worked for 29m 21s Done. I generated the updated Rare Encounter setup here:

Updated Rare Encounters page code (line 1) Updated Template:RareEncounterTable code (line 1) CSS for 3-column desktop / 1-column mobile (line 1) Sort/balance summary (line 1) What I changed:

Removed Base / Frontiers split. Combined everything under Norrath. Split into norrath1 through norrath6. Zones are ABC order. NPC names inside each zone are ABC order. Groups are balanced by NPC count. Desktop uses 3 columns per row. Mobile uses 1 column per row. Use it like this:

Replace the full Template:RareEncounterTable with the code in RareEncounterTable_template_norrath.txt.

Replace the full Template:RareEncounterTable ... block on the Rare Encounters page with the code in RareEncounterTable_Norrath_sorted.txt.

Add the CSS from RareEncounterTable_norrath_css.txt to MediaWiki:Common.css once.
