Walkthrough

This is the level 17 side quest for good-aligned players in Halas. Olga asks players to hunt down a roaming werewolf, deliver a letter to Diren's Hold, and return to Halas for a class-specific reward.

Walkthrough

Step 1: Speak with Olga

Travel inside the fort in Halas. Olga can be found in one of the last huts along the river, just before the path opens toward the exterior bank.

Olga gives you two tasks:

• Defeat Bloodmaw, a roaming werewolf that cons blue at level 17.
• Deliver Olga's Letter to Novak Mcgregor in Diren's Hold.

Step 2: Find and Defeat Bloodmaw

Bloodmaw roams the mountainous region near the Goldfeather Eyrie zone line.

From the Moradhim coach, travel north toward the large north-to-south mountain chain. Follow the mountains north until you reach the Goldfeather Eyrie zone and the Aviak village ramps.

Search the hilly terrain west to northwest of the ramps. Bloodmaw wanders this area as a roaming spawn.

Defeat Bloodmaw and loot Bloodmaw's Fang.

Step 3: Travel to Diren's Hold

After defeating Bloodmaw, travel to Diren's Hold to deliver Olga's Letter.

There are two common routes to Diren's Hold:

From Halas: Leave the city through the tunnel, then travel east until you reach a river. Follow the river south until you reach Diren's Hold, located on the east side of the river in Diren's Village.

From Moradhim: Travel north along the mountains until you reach a small river. Follow the river west to arrive at Diren's Hold.

Step 4: Speak with Novak Mcgregor

Inside the fort at Diren's Hold, speak with Novak Mcgregor and give him Olga's Letter.

Novak Mcgregor also sells the Cleansing Solution for 600 Tunar. Purchase the Cleansing Solution, then return to Olga in Halas.

Step 5: Speak with Undin Kalenn

After returning to Olga, she sends you to Undin Kalenn for your final reward.

From Olga's location, follow the eastern row of buildings in town and check each structure as you move south. Speak with Undin Kalenn to complete the quest and receive your class-specific reward.
