Walkthrough
In Dead Hills E, there is a hill with a catacomb surrounded by Derelict Zombies and Derelict Skeletons (both of which see through invisibility and have SoW), where you will you get a pop up to begin this quest. The pop up instructs you to go to the Lizardman Ruins to the West, near the water, where you should get a pop up on top of the stairs of the Main Temple.
You are then instructed to head to Hagley to speak with Nolius Adder who is in a house on the West side of town. Be mindful of the Werehunter in town. Nolius Adder instructs you to head to the Ghastly Kin cave in West Feerott (W), which is along the mountain range separating West Feerott and Envar. Inside the cave you will need to head down until you start seeing Soul Escorts. There is a platform with some sort of shrine on top of it where you will get a popup spawning Ancient Spirit. You are instructed to head to Envar.
When entering Envars North Entrance, you will get a popup to continue further. Upon entering the center area of Envar, there will be 2 ramps heading down. Head down the ramp that heads to the West. (Remember this area well, you will return here and use the East ramp down at a later point.) You should get another popup in this area. Continue to the right and into the tower. Go past the stairs and use the ramp that heads down, into the basement where Accursed Rats, Accursed Zombies and Accursed Maggots, all of which see through invisiblity and are extremely dangerous, are located. Use the left path and follow it around until you receive a popup near Servant of Tal'Thir, which instructs you to head to Freeport to Speak to Kradesh Du'Klot. Try not to kill Servant of Tal'Thir because it will be needed later.
Kradesh Du'Klot is in the building East of the Coach in Freeport. He will instruct you to head to the Pilgrim's Inn in Temple of Light (NE), where you will need to kill Rogue Ethrix. Upon returning to Kradesh Du'Klot, he will ask for 7000 tunar, and inform you to head back to Envar to kill the Servant of Tal'Thir. Upon killing it, a friendly version will spawn that will ask you to find the other servant. Head back out to the surface, and use the East facing ramp to get to the area with Anointed Mummys and Anointed Skeletons. You should receive a popup near Servant of Vorin, again, do not kill it because it will be needed later.
You are instructed to find Explorer Graeven, who wanders around outside of the city in Takish'Hiz (E) during sandstorms. He requests a Legacy of Averyth, which can be obtained from Sunstars in the Chardith Temple. After turning in the Legacy of Averyth, Explorer Graeven sends you back to Envar to kill the Servant of Vorin.
Upon returning to Envar, again head down the East facing ramp and slay Servant of Vorin, after which you will speak with the NPC that appears. It instructs you to get a Soul Tome from a Jal'Raeth Librarian, which has a place holder in the South West Tower basement. The Librarian placeholder is the Jal'Raeth Commoner in the first room to the left, and has a 30 minute respawn. Bring it to Kradesh Du'Klot in Freeport.
Kradesh Du'Klot sends you to the Lizardman Ruins in Dead Hills (W), where you will have to kill the 3 Jal'Raeth at the main temple. The Jal'Raeth Librarian will drop a Librarian's Gem which will teleport your group to the top of the tower in Envar DO NOT USE UNTIL READY.
Once you have formed a group, you can use the gem which teleports you into the tower, where you will receive a popup spawning Jal'Raeth Chancellor. Kill it and speak to the NPC that spawns. After returning to the Lizardman Ruins Main Temple, Chancellor's Servant will spawn. Speak with it to turn in quest and receive your rewards.
