Walkthrough

This level 17 side quest begins in the tranquil elven city of Fayspires, but quickly sends you far across the world in pursuit of a rogue spellcaster. Expect a long journey unless you enlist a WizardΓÇÖs help.

Step 1: Speak to Adrwyiel Niteshyre

Begin by heading to the Wizard Guild in Fayspires, located in the **eastern building that juts out into the lake**. Inside you will find Adrwyiel Niteshyre.

She informs you that a dangerous renegade named Tesarin Moonstrider must be eliminated. Tesarin is hiding somewhere in the distant swamps of Sslathis. Your task is simple: *find him, kill him, and return with proof.*

Finding Tesarin Moonstrider

If you choose to travel manually:

• From Freeport, swim **directly south** along the coastline.
• This is a **very long swim**, passing through roughly six zones, including Hazinak.
• Once you pass Hazinak, look for the natural boundary separating desert from swamp. YouΓÇÖll see a shift in terrain and mountains nearby.
• Follow this boundary **east** until you reach central Sslathis.
• From here, turn **south** and look for a **black pyramid** ΓÇö this can be difficult to see at night, so watch carefully.

Tesarin Moonstrider stands **on top of the pyramid**, accompanied by his necromancer pet (CONs green).

Hint: If possible, ask a wizard for a port to Sslathis. Tesarin stands **directly on the port-in spot**, making this step trivial.

Kill Tesarin, loot the required item, and return to Adrwyiel Niteshyre in Fayspires.

---

Step 2: Visit Vaelan Wyndsorrow

After handing in TesarinΓÇÖs item, Adrwyiel sends you to speak with Vaelan Wyndsorrow. He is located inside the **Enchanter Guild**, which is the **western building jutting into the lake**.

Vaelan simply requests a payment of **600 tunar**. Once paid, return again to Adrwyiel Niteshyre.

---

Step 3: Claim Your Reward

Adrwyiel now directs you to Lutherian Doomsinger, who is standing **across the room** from her inside the Wizard Guild.

Speak to him to receive your quest reward and complete the Level 17 Fayspires Side Quest.
