Teamaster Yismay can be found upstairs in Muniel's Tea Garden. Speak with him to log the quest. Yismay is concerned about his old friend, Killian Helnes, who has not attended a tea ceremony in several days. He asks you to investigate what happened to him.

Killian Helnes can be found in Blackwater inside the Twin Tails Inn. Speaking with Killian reveals that he has not been feeling well and believes he may have been poisoned. He is certain that a special tea can help purify him, but the recipe was stolen by Tobul, an undead being who resides in Widow's Peak.

To find Tobul, head west out of Blackwater and slightly south toward the Zintec Ruins in the southeastern portion of Widow's Peak. Several ruined buildings surround the area. Tobul can be found inside the building on the western side of the ruins. Defeat him and loot Killian's Recipe.

Return to Teamaster Yismay in Muniel's Tea Garden with the recipe. After learning of Killian's condition, Yismay agrees to brew the restorative tea but explains that he still needs the proper ingredients.

Yismay requires two items: Brackish Rocks and Tinsy Tea Leaves. Brackish Rocks are dropped by Deathfist Riders in northeastern Deathfist Citadel. Tinsy Tea Leaves are obtained through Captain Skorn in Northwestern Ro.

To find the Deathfist Riders, travel north and slightly west from the oasis until you reach northeastern Deathfist Citadel. They can be found near a small tower close to the zone boundary. You must be on this quest for the Brackish Rocks to drop.

To obtain the Tinsy Tea Leaves, bring 1,625 Tunar and follow the western road out of Muniel's Tea Garden. Continue along the road as it winds north, following the flags until you reach two small camps in southeastern Northwestern Ro. Captain Hogofa is located in the camp on the right. Speaking with him reveals that he has run out of tea, but the man in the nearby tent still has some. Speak with Captain Skorn in the next tent and pay 1,625 Tunar to receive the Tinsy Tea Leaves.

Return both items to Teamaster Yismay in Muniel's Tea Garden. He explains that everything is ready except for one final item: a special teapot needed to brew the medicine properly. Yismay believes that one of these teapots may still exist within the Tomb of Kings.

Travel to Freeport, then head west toward the Tomb of Kings. Running directly west from Freeport will take you through the Temple of Light zone and eventually into the Tomb of Kings. Upon entering the zone, continue forward through the valley beneath the large rock outcropping. Follow the valley to the back of the area, passing the ruins along the way, until you reach the tomb entrance.

Outside the tomb, you will see Holciel Commoners. Enter the tomb and proceed through the first tunnel into the underground area. Continue to the back of this section and take the tunnel in the far back-left wall. If you are lucky, you may encounter the rare named mob Summoned Arcanist near this area.

After exiting the tunnel, look for a lone Holciel Bureaucrat in the southeastern corner of the room. This enemy is the placeholder for Niktuu. Each time the Holciel Bureaucrat is defeated, there is a chance it will respawn as Niktuu. The respawn timer is roughly 1–2 minutes. Continue defeating the placeholder until Niktuu appears.

Defeat Niktuu and loot the Antique Teapot. The teapot drops once per kill, so multiple players may need to wait for additional spawns.

Return to Teamaster Yismay in Muniel's Tea Garden with the Antique Teapot to complete the quest and receive your reward.
