Walkthrough
Step 1: Speak with Fender Crow
Speak with Fender Crow in Highpass Hold to begin the quest.
He sends you to Bastable Village to defeat Dumak Olivarn.
Step 2: Defeat Dumak Olivarn
Travel to Bastable Village and locate Dumak Olivarn.
Defeat Dumak Olivarn, loot the paper, and return to Fender Crow.
The paper indicates that the stone Fender Crow seeks is in the Tomb of Kings.
Step 3: Travel to Tomb of Kings
To reach the Tomb of Kings, travel from Sarek's Tower back along the south-to-north mountain chain.
When you reach a break in the mountains, enter the western valley passage and follow it to the entrance of the Tomb of Kings.
Step 4: Defeat Grave Robber Laen
Fender Crow sends you to defeat Grave Robber Laen in the Tomb of Kings.
Grave Robber Laen is a triggered spawn and may appear in random locations throughout the dungeon.
Defeat Grave Robber Laen, loot the required item, and return to Fender Crow.
Warning: Many enemies in the Tomb of Kings may see through invisibility. Move carefully.
Step 5: Speak with Smithy Palin
After returning to Fender Crow, he sends you to Smithy Palin at the far end of the Highpass Hold keep.
Speak with Smithy Palin and pay him 2,250 Tunar.
Step 6: Speak with Tailor Portia
Smithy Palin sends you to Tailor Portia, who is located nearby.
Speak with Tailor Portia to complete the quest and receive your reward.
