This is a level 35 side quest from Rin Tintoggle in Highpass Hold. Players are sent to recover parts from clockworks and a gnoll thief before returning for their reward.
Walkthrough
Step 1: Speak with Rin Tintoggle
Speak with Rin Tintoggle in Highpass Hold to begin the quest.
He sends you to defeat Model LXI near Moradhim.
Step 2: Defeat Model LXI
Travel to Moradhim.
Model LXI can be found on a hill with a marker stone just south of the coach.
Defeat Model LXI, loot the required item, and return to Rin Tintoggle.
Step 3: Purchase the Battery
Rin Tintoggle sends you to Merchant Samwe in Klick'Anon to purchase a battery.
Merchant Samwe can be found in the tower-like contraption near the lake.
Purchase the battery for 2,325 Tunar, then return to Rin Tintoggle.
Step 4: Defeat the Blue Pawed Gnoll
Rin Tintoggle sends you to Blackburrow to defeat the Blue Pawed Gnoll.
The Blue Pawed Gnoll is located in the Blackburrow dungeon, in a room just above the dwarf temple.
Travel near the lower section where the natural tunnel walls begin turning into brick, near the Blackpaw and Redpaw spawns. From there, make a few left turns until you return to natural tunnels.
Defeat the Blue Pawed Gnoll, loot the required item, and return to Rin Tintoggle.
Step 5: Defeat MODEL LXIX
Rin Tintoggle sends you to defeat MODEL LXIX in Trail's End.
From Highpass Hold, exit through the south gate and follow the road to Trail's End Village.
When you reach the village, follow the path north. MODEL LXIX is a triggered spawn and will not appear if you do not follow the proper path.
Defeat MODEL LXIX, loot the black box, and return to Rin Tintoggle.
Step 6: Return to Rin Tintoggle
Return to Rin Tintoggle in Highpass Hold to complete the quest and receive your reward.

- The Blue Pawed Gnoll and Yjuri the Vicious are located in nearby rooms within Blackburrow.
